This is the initial process where you speak with one of our representatives and fill out an application packet.
Our recruiter will go over the FDD and the licensing agreement with you to ensure you thoroughly understand it, as this is the foundation for your franchise. You will meet with a franchise recruiter to go over the various materials and information.
During this step, you meet the leadership team as well as visit multiple existing franchises. This should give you a better understanding of what it means to own a Comet Cleaners franchise. You will also voice your desired trade area.
If we mutually agree that Comet Cleaners is a good fit, you will formally move on with obtaining your Comet Cleaners franchise. You will complete a Business Plan and return to our franchise recruiter. You will then sign the license agreement and pay. During this step, be sure to secure the necessary financing to pay for the costs.
Once all the paperwork and payments have been processed, you will need to select the location for your new franchise. We provide demographic studies and help you select a prime spot for your business. Our approved real estate broker will then help you secure the location through negotiations.
During this step, our technicians will install the necessary equipment you have purchased and you will prepare the franchise site for operation.
During pre-opening, you will hire your staff, order supplies, and begin advertising.
Once all of that is done, you’re ready for your grand opening. Congratulations!
